Agreement to these terms
By using this website or a SoulHaus offering, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Please do not use the website or offering if you do not agree. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase or enter a coaching relationship.
Educational and coaching scope
SoulHaus provides coaching, educational content, reflection tools, digital resources, and courses intended to support self-understanding and personal growth. They are not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for services from a licensed professional.
SoulHaus does not provide crisis or emergency services. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource in your area if you believe you may harm yourself or someone else, or you are experiencing an emergency.
Your choices, actions, and results remain your responsibility. No particular personal, professional, financial, relationship, or health outcome is promised.
Purchases and access
Prices, what is included, access periods, payment schedules, refund or cancellation terms, and any additional conditions will be shown on the relevant sales or checkout page or in a separate coaching agreement. Those specific terms become part of your agreement with SoulHaus when you purchase or enroll.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to pay authorized charges. Digital access and coaching spaces may not be transferred, shared, resold, or used by another person unless SoulHaus agrees in writing. Access may be paused or ended if a payment fails or access is misused.
Digital products and courses
Digital resources are licensed to you for personal, noncommercial use. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the content unless a product page expressly says otherwise. You may download or print materials for your own use, but you may not copy, publish, upload, distribute, teach from, sell, sublicense, or create derivative products from them.
Technology and third-party platforms occasionally fail. Contact SoulHaus if paid access is unavailable because of a technical issue within SoulHaus’s reasonable control so a practical remedy can be considered.
Intellectual property
The SoulHaus name, branding, written content, graphics, downloads, course materials, videos, audio, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to SoulHaus and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited personal-use permission described in these terms.
SoulHaus will request permission before identifying you publicly if you send a testimonial, review, or other material for possible public use, unless your separate agreement already addresses that use.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or an offering to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, harass others, transmit harmful code, interfere with security, scrape or collect content at scale, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate someone else, or use SoulHaus materials to train an automated system without written permission.
Third-party services and links
SoulHaus may use or link to services provided by other companies, including payment, email, scheduling, course, social media, and hosting providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. SoulHaus is not responsible for content or services it does not control.
Availability and disclaimers
SoulHaus works to keep the website and offerings useful and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, the website and free content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SoulHaus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or an offering. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any liability connected to a paid offering will not exceed the amount you paid SoulHaus for that offering during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Ending access
SoulHaus may suspend or end access when these terms are violated, payment obligations are not met, conduct is harmful to others, or continuing the relationship is no longer appropriate. Terms that by their nature should continue after access ends, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, will remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the website and offerings change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms, subject to any additional notice required by law.
