Our commitment
SoulHaus is committed to making its digital experiences accessible to people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as ongoing work, not a one-time checklist. The website is reviewed as content, technology, and offerings evolve.
What the website supports
SoulHaus aims to follow recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Current efforts include:
- clear heading and page structure;
- keyboard access and visible focus indicators;
- descriptive text for meaningful images;
- labels and helpful error messages for forms;
- sufficient color contrast and text that can be enlarged;
- layouts that adapt across screen sizes and orientations;
- reduced animation when a visitor has requested reduced motion; and
- plain, readable language wherever possible.
Need help accessing something?
Please email nalani@soulhauscoach.com if you experience difficulty accessing any part of this website, a free resource, a digital product, a course, or information about coaching.
Please describe the page, resource, or task you were trying to access and the kind of support or alternative format that would help. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or private medical information. SoulHaus will respond thoughtfully and work toward a reasonable way for you to receive the information or complete the task.
Third-party services
Some parts of the SoulHaus experience may be provided through outside services, such as payment, email, scheduling, video, or course platforms. SoulHaus does not control every aspect of those services, but welcomes reports about barriers and will help identify an available alternative when reasonably possible.
Feedback
Feedback helps SoulHaus improve. Accessibility questions, suggestions, and requests can be sent to nalani@soulhauscoach.com.
